  This is a very professional office headed by Amir Nia. My husband and I have had auto insurance through Amir at Allstate for nearly 20 years. Amir communicates promptly and professionally, as do his associates.
  
  However - and this is an update to my previous review - I have had to reduce the rating from 5 to 4 stars. Although all of the above stands true, after having been with this company for so many years, our auto insurance rate was raised exponentially and inexplicably this past month and Allstate became unaffordable to us.
  
  This is the problem; when a company keeps squeezing loyal customers for more and more, offering less and less, there comes a time when one must say, "Enough!" We have moved on to another very reputable company who offered much improved coverage for $200 less annually.
