  Had fun! 3.99 for unlimited pancakes. Had 7, celebrated! Waitress was polite. They are really busy! IHOP to go seems popular too. If you're picky about pancakes there are other things at a reasonable price. If you're just about fun and pancakes you'll love it. Its IHOP.

  Clean, but not maintained. Nothing was restocked at the tables (sugars, syrups, creamers) waitress was extremely inattentive. She came to our table twice the entire time. Mind you she had 3 other tables she was waiting so we have her the benefit of the doubt. $5 tip when she deserved $3. Busser came and checked on us more than her.
