  Best teachers ever--the classes are varied so I never get in a rut. I recently moved from M-W-F schedule to T-TH-Sat, and am just enjoying the variety.
  
  Also, all the teachers I have enjoyed really represent the traditional yoga philosophy by including meditation, mindfulness, and constant reminders to breathe. At other studios classes can seem to be just a set of calisthenics--physical exertion without that yogic purpose.
  
  This place can be transformative--
