  This is the first time I've been here but I LOVE IT! The staff is nice, the tea is great, and the service is quick. I got my order two minutes after I ordered.

  Cool guys working the counter. Bubbles/boba are fresh. Plenty of room to sit and chill and to study, read or chat with a friend. Good local place to enjoy lunch or a good tea. Definitely come back if I lived here.
