  The place was so run down in the wing where my mom stayed. Unclean everything. Barely supervised and not many staff seem to give a damn about the patients. They should not be in business or at least have different ownership & management of the hospital!

  AVOID THIS PLACE! They charged me two extra nights because they"forgot" to schedule my ride. I live in Morro Bay and theyre in Pasadena and were supposed to transport me home. Also one of the billing ladies came kept chasing me around with a clipboard telling me I need to sign for financial responsibility. I explained I was on ketamine treatment and was not allowed to sign anything while under treatment. She continued to chase me all day everyday. Which i think would be against the law since she knew but did it anyway. I would just go lay on the bed and cry. FYI I COMPLAINED ABOUT HER AND NOW SHE NO LONGER WORKS THERE. Norma was so nice. I was not able to go to group meetings because she was always waiting outside. That is the first time I came out of the hospital worse than when I went in I aslo had an experience with the lady that does group. I'm not a big believer in god but obviously she was. We were going around the circle introducing and talking. She got to me when she was on the subject of God. I explained I don't believe in God and then started to talk about my issues. As soon as I said I don't believe in God all of a sudden time was up for therapy. Each time I went she always called me last and then announced time was up. The only words I was allowed to say I don't believe in in god. RELIGIOUS PERSECUTION! I Have called the CEO numerous times and never once got a call back . Norma in billing has been an Angle! She was the only person willing to listen to me. Even though I was probably in a rage. She said she will do whatever it takes to straighten out my bill. Plus the showers are freezing so the staff tells you to let it run for 30 min. I do try to be Eco friendly and took a cold shower. PASADENA SHOULD REALLY LOOK INTO THE WATER WASTAGE.

  PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT bring your loved ones here. This place is an awful place to bring and leave your loved one at. Your loved ones will leave this place in a worse state of mind then you brought them in. You will never see or speak to any doctors on sight, all communication comes from the nurses on sight which they don't care about you or the patients. This place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!
