  I've been going to Mike for about 4 years now. I had one trainer previous to him and I did not learn half the stuff that I've learned from Mike. He's gone above and beyond to help me achieve my fitness goals. He's helped me with my nutrition, gave me a plan and we over every detail with me so I understood. I'm definitely happy with the results I've got and continue to get. I'm a very self conscious person and Mike makes me feel so comfortable. He gives me the confidence and motivation to keep pushing no matter what. I highly recommend Mike if you want to change for the better and see a healthy and fit you.
