  In Jan 2018 I had a haircut by lead stylist Michael. I received a very good cut and Michael is a talented hair stylist. However, upon my arrival I could not seem to retrieve my Pinterest images I wanted to share plus he was quite chatty and distracting and so he just started cutting. Not having the pics ready was my fault but it did not feel like he was all that concerned about finding what I wanted by even asking me questions. I was also not a fan of the styling. It was a bit frumpy and lacked vision, and although I wanted something for work I still wanted something sexy and edgy. Michael kept chatting about all kinds of things esp his many other interests and talents. It was interesting but nonstop and not much about my hair. When I pay a decent amount for a service, I feel that the experience should be about listening to me and genuinely caring about the outcome and essentially be all about ME.
