  I shipped my mother's sewing machine from here Dec. 2013. She had died two months earlier, and my sister wanted this very personal item. They packaged it incorrectly and it broken in half in transit. Pictures, documentation, UPS people sent to my sister's home, and a claim for the insured machine was submitted.
  The store owner said UPS approved the payment for repair or replacement. And when I sent them the receipts, nothing.
  The manager says the same he said to others in their comments. Call back in three days. He is waiting to hear form UPS. Blah blah blah. What a liar. And it's a horrible way to do business.
  I now realize why this guy has no lines and quick service. PEOPLE DON"T TRUST HIM!!!!
  On to YELP for me.

  Excellent professional services! This is my favorite UPS local store. I have always received outstandiing and reliable customer service and care. The employees are very professional, kind and friendly. I utilize their services weekly and I would like to specially thank Monica, Cheyenne and the UPS delivery driver Jeanette.
  I am honored and privileged to receive such great and outstanding customer care! Thank you very much...You're the best!
