  I come to this Starbucks almost everyday and one day I observed a lady by the name of Maria Calderon comes to Starbucks with a nasty attitude and she approached a young lady by the name Micheaux and she was really nasty to her and the young lady Micheaux kept smiling and giving her the upmost respect and the more Micheaux smiled with great customer service Maria seemed like she didn’t like her and I told Micheaux to keep smiling and stay sweet, because we really like Micheaux she’s a really a hard worker.
