  I love living in Pasadena, very beautiful, the only thing is that rent is pretty high here. I also like Luxe apartments because it is a new apt building , appliances are new, fresh paint, guest house has tv and u can play pool, but it has some bad sides.
  
  First of all i hate that i have to pay 30$ every month for a trash pick up that I don't use , because i like to empty trash can often, so even though i pay for service, i rarely use it and do it myself mostly . I wonder why it is mandatory, why cant i have a choice of not using it.
  
  Second one the elevator is horrible, smelly, with animal poop or pee, and super slow , i have to spend 10 min extra just to get from 3rd floor to a garage. And i will be happy to use stairs but from my side i don't have direct stairs access to the garage i have to go around Whole building to get to my parking spot.
  
  Also the soundproofing of the walls is horrible, plus our neighbors are weirdos who apparently wear hills at home , walk around and move furniture or whatever noise it is after 9-10pm in the night, or just start fighting and we can hear every single word and curse... ughhh really stresses me out , all i need is a piece of mind and quite sleep at night .
  
  Another bad thing is that even though we rent 2 bedroom, we get only one parking space and for second one we have to pay monthly $75 , big bummer :( and the parking is very inconvenient because in order to use the car that park inside every time we have to move one that is outside. Takes time, kinda annoying thing to do every time .
  
  So far it is only second month of us living here , so i will keep post updated, I really hope to give this place better star rating, will see...
  
  To the positive sides of this place I want to add that leasing office representative Darian, is always nice , friendly and very helpful , which is a great thing for the apartments, because you often deal with leasing office .
