  Dr. Kelli is absolutely amazing! My husband and I have gone to her over the years for chiropractic adjustments and nutritional counseling. She is super helpful and knowledgeable.
  
  Recently I went to Dr. Kelli while almost 41 weeks pregnant. I was having contractions and they were not progressing so my Doula recommended getting adjusted. During the visit she adjusted me and performed a cupping treatment. She was patient helping me through my contractions and extremely caring. Dr. Kelli worked her magic and within a few hours of my appointment I was at the hospital in active labor. If it wasn’t for Dr. Kelli and her expertise I probably would not have gone into active labor so quickly. Looking back on my pregnancy I wish I would have gone for routine treatments.
  
  My 4 month old daughter is now also getting adjusted by Dr. Kelli. Prior to her treatments she favored looking in one direction and had infrequent bowel movements. After her treatments she no longer favors one side over the other and is not constipated. In result we have a much happier baby.
  
  We are so lucky to have Dr. Kelli in our lives taking care of our health and wellness. I recommend Dr. Kelli for any chiropractic and nutritional counseling needs.

  My husband and I were staying in the area with family over the Thanksgiving holiday. We flew from Houston which wasn’t a long flight but unfortunately were stuck on the runway which seemed like way too long. I’ve been dealing with back pain for the past few months and for some reason, sitting in these super uncomfortable seats did not make it any better. I checked out Yelp for chiropractors in the area so I figured I’d give HealthFit a shot. The front desk staff was super nice on the phone and was lucky enough to get a session with Dr. Matt Starling. I have nothing but great things to say about not only the treatment, but his patience for me and my concerns. He straightened me out with a bunch of muscle and adjustment techniques that really helped me feel better. He even gave me some stretches and exercises to keep up with especially when I head back home. Thanks again for everything!
