  Great studio with lots of natural light near the Whole Foods in Old Town Pasadena that has both Pilates and Gyrotonic. Marivi is a fantastic Gyrotonic & Pilates instructor that has really helped me improve my overall flexibility and strength with the Gyrotonic Method, which has improved my competitive horse jumping and skiing. If you haven't tried Gyrotonic, it is a fantastic modality that increases freedom of movement, increases strength, AND increases agility. Bonus, they have a free parking lot behind the studio (enter just past the studio).
