  Staff are nice and welcoming, however they don’t listen to what your asking for exactly, they do what they want and sweet talk you after so you don’t get upset and make a scene. I went in with long hair and asked for layered trim max 2” off length and I came out with 5-6” off. Doing layered trim/cut already takes length off but she just keep cutting n cutting. Overall finish is ok but length is not where I wanted and so for that they only get 2 stars.

  I have been going here since I first moved to Pasadena as a kid and I consider my hair stylist my aunt now. Ask for Maria she is funny and the only person I'll go too because she knows how difficult my thick hair can be.
