  I haven't had much luck with Bright Smile Dental. I was charged for treatment I never received. By the time I got the bill the statement it was already referred to a collection agency. I never got a phone call about this, and never received any other mail prior. I did receive invisalign treatment that barely moved my teeth. The process was disappointing. I know other people that were also unsatisfied with their invisalign treatment as well. Mostly this has been a huge waste of money. The only procedure that was ever satisfying that came out of my experience with Bright Smile was the zoom whitening, which cost a relatively small l fee compared to the thousands that were wasted.
